Actually, asked me to draw this a looong time ago... (shame on me oTL)
This is a scene from the books Kate Daniels by Illona Andrews, a very good urban fantasy series she made me discover . Kate Daniels, after being rescued in a battle by Curran, Lord of the Beasts, come to thank him and find him being cured naked into a tank of magic broth _{(this guy has a fascinating ability to end naked one chapter of two XD)}. Here is their conversation _{(sorry, I'm translating it from french so it surely won't be the actual text)} :

Curran : You're welcome.

_After I've talked to you.
_Dr Doolittle let you go ?
_He didn't really have a choice.
